Welcome to Biju Patnaik Park, CDA, Cuttack. By entering and using the park premises, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and pleasant experience for all visitors.

• Park Hours: Open Monday to Saturday from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Entry or presence in the park outside these hours is not permitted.
• Littering and Cleanliness: Littering is strictly prohibited. Visitors are requested to use the designated dustbins placed throughout the park. Maintaining the cleanliness of the park is a shared responsibility.
• Damage to Property: Damaging park property, including benches, lights, plants, fencing, and playground equipment, is a punishable offense. Strict action will be taken against violators.
• Pets: Pets are allowed only on a leash. Pet owners must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb other visitors or damage park property.
• Noise and Disturbance: Playing loud music, using musical instruments without permission, or engaging in any behavior that disturbs the peace is not allowed.
• Prohibited Substances: The use of tobacco, alcohol, or narcotic substances within the park premises is strictly forbidden.
• Children’s Safety: Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times. The park authorities are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from unsupervised activity.
• Playground and Equipment Use: All equipment is to be used safely and responsibly. The park is not liable for any injury caused due to negligent or improper use.
• Photography and Filming: Personal photography is permitted. However, commercial or event photography requires prior permission from CDA authorities.
• Security Checks: Park authorities may conduct random bag checks or request identification for safety purposes.
• Event Hosting: Conducting public events, meetups, or group activities requires prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings may be dispersed.
• Amendments: These rules and regulations may be updated or revised by the CDA without prior notice. Visitors are advised to check for updates periodically.
